water runs cold after a minute or so combi boiler

I am putting this question in plumbing and heating section. When in the shower or using bathroom taps or kitchen taps (not at the same time) when only one person in house the water runs cold after a minute or so every time.I have a combi boiler which I have had for 7 years and it has been annually serviced. Any advice on problem? Thank you

Hi there,
Given my knowledge, Boiler needs repair depending upon the make and model of it. But most likely it is plate heat exchanger or DHW sensor needs replacement. Thanks

Most likely it's the plate heater exchanger that's sludged/ scaled. It might need replacing.
