Can i replace a double oven with a maximum load of 5285 to a 32amp breaker

i would like to replace my old oven which ran off a 32amp breaker my new oven has a maximum load of 5285 would this be ok to swap

Yes the oven will be okay to swap, assuming the 5285 is in watts the oven should draw 23A

Yes that's fine. Ovens never draw their total rated load, load diversity is always applied.

Assuming your supply is 230volts then Your oven maximum load is 5285Watts = 22.9A less diversity.
I would recommend you change your 32A MCB/ROBO (Breaker) for a 20A to allow for the required disconnection time to be met

If that is the watts then you will be fine.
Cookers rarely pull the maximum wattage anyway. They are thermostatically controlled which means they will switch in and out as and when required drawing small amounts of energy once temperature is reached.
Apart from Xmas day I'm sure you will never be reaching anywhere near the maximum capacity.
