Have you got a picture of the cables? As black is normally neutral not live. As previously stated an electrician or electrical installer would be advised.

The wiring of light fittings can be more complicated than most people think you will need to get an electrician so he can identify the individual cables and connect them correctly

Blue its neutral, goes with the 2 black wires.
Browns are permanent live ,usually not connected directly to the light fitting.
Switched line its black or blue and sleeved with brown sleeve or tape for identification.
This wire connects to the light as a return via switch or sensor.
