Ask a questionBathroom Fitting
The plumber has drilled the bath mixer tap holes to big
Anonymous user 16/03/2024 - 2.50 PM
I've just had a new bathroom fitted and the plumber has drilled the holes for the bath mixer tap to big, hence water is leaking through from the shower. To get the bath out would the tiling have to be removed? He's also put the WC and the sink to close to each other, 13" - 14" you have to go in sideways to sit on the toilet, and a male would have no chance of standing in-between to use the toilet what distance should he have left?

If you are careful enough you may be able to get the bath out without damaging tiles etc alternatively you could put clear silicone around the taps to prevent them from leaking
As for the toilet there isn’t really an answer it down to common sense & logic
