How do we fix this dripping pipe at back of durability toilet?

We have a duravit toilet and it’s leaking from the cistern through a small bolt which is underneath it. How can we fix this?

this is the cistern fixing bolt you will need to remove cistern, re fit bolts with proper washers and refit.

You need to take the bolts out and redo fitting properly or it could be the flush doughnut might be the wrong one replace for bigger so it bites down better
