What you really need here is a Boiler engineer. A trades-person specific for working on boilers. You need to be a gas safe registered engineer to work on the inside of a boiler. More information on the boiler would be helpful such as the model number. If it is a combination boiler there are many reasons why you have this problem. one if the thing you could try on a combination boiler is to follow the manual on how to pressurize the system to its correct pressure. Would be best to get the name and model number of the boiler along with any error codes and get in contact with a gas safe registered boiler engineer.

The extractor fan could be under performing causing the boiler to switch off due to the request of more energy. Check the fan is not clogged with dust and debris, Check there is no blockages in the fans outlet pipe. This is also a common PCB fault.
