Carpet repair on hallway

Anonymous user 09/03/2024 - 3.33 PM

My carpet has come away from the carpet grip and has some damage. Can this be fixed or does it need a whole new carpet?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

I’d say that with F Ball F1 Latex adhesive almost painted on to the backing, left to dry and re stretched back onto a new bit of gripper you’d get a good amount of life out of it

If you have some spare carpet that marches & the excisting carpet hasn't been down to long, then yes it can have a piece cut out & new piece added & repaired

Yes! I can repair it. All that is required is a small patch and another restretching.
