Idealcombi Patio Door Lock and Handle Malfunction

Hello, I have an IdealCombi patio door and the lock has been jammed/dead for almost 2 years now. I have no idea if the lock itself needs to be replaced, or some other issue. Does anyone know about Idealcombi repairs or lock/handle malfunction issues? Regards,

Ideal combi are still trading I would first recomend the customer calls them to see if the parts are still available ie locking mechanism, if so then it's a case of someone fitting the new parts on the door.

By the customers discription they don't know if it's a mechanical or mechanism problem. I would have to have a look at this door to identify the problem. I'm sure if the customer gets someone with some experience they will be able to sort out the problem
