Can shower waste go into guttering

I currently have a shower over a bath and the fowl water runs into the guttering. If I have a plumber refit and I have a new shower will the plumbing have to be changed so fowl water goes into a correct drain and not into guttering? Please help. If it stays as it is are we failing Building Regs?

Gutters and gullies should only collect rainwater and connect to the rainwater drain. Wastewater pipes should not be connected to the rainwater system.

Waste water should never go into any kind of guttering waste pipe only

Guttering is for rain water only. Foul waste should go into correct drain.

Waste water should never go into rainwater, however you are able to put rainwater drainage into Sewer drainage

Foul waste water should never go into a gutter. This would be classed as pollution to the surface waste water.
This would indeed fail building regulations.
