Could my mixer shower be letting cold water in to my system?

Hi all We have a Mira Atom ERD thermostatic shower fitted which runs cold after 2 minutes of running and then when we switch it off and on again it will run hot for 2 minutes and then go cold again. We have a Gloworm Ultracom 38cxi combi boiler fitted, which has been checked over and the heat exchanger was replaced as it was leaking, but the problem with the shower is still happening. What parts within the shower do you think needs replacing? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Is hot water constant heat at other outlets if so The thermostatic valve is probably the problem
However it is worth checking any filters in the shower are checked for any partial blockeage
