Need to repressure my Boiler

Anonymous user 01/03/2024 - 3.00 PM

I have an Ideal Espirit Eco 2 combi boiler It's 6 months old Pressure gadget is low and I need to repressure Problem is there is no flexible tube with a lever to turn I've checked lots of u tube tutorials but none seem to fit my model fittings and the manual is useless Just need advice to how to do as I don't want to turn wrong levers!

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Theres 2 Blue Levers under the Boiler connecting between Water Main & Return pipe. Turn both at the same time, replenish pressure then shut off. Also believe you cant leave it open as it shuts the water down to the hot taps whilst filling the system. The Filling Loop is built into the Boiler and is not flexible tube.

That model boiler doesn’t come with a internal filling link there should be a filling loop close to the boiler if it’s in a kitchen maybe under the kitchen units. It’s 2 valves with black levers on and a flexible silver loop connecting them together. Turn both levers so there in line with the valve, when the pressure is above 1 turn them both back to how they were.
