We want to instal bifold doors in lounge/conservatory

Require Wooden bifold doors and track/frame to be installed. At present original external french doors and side windows + 1/2 wall in position, (need to be removed wall below windows) unsure which trade covers this task.

I would go for the builder as brickwork will need to be cut either side of opening. They could do the supply and install of your framework and make good after.

Any reputable Window installation company should be able to undertake this work,ask for examples of their work and recommendations. This should be a simple job for a professional Company.

If the proposed doors are from he main house to a conservatory and the doors that are in place are PVCu, you could be in breach of building regulations if you remove them, as the conservatory may not be classified as compliant. Check with the council first.
