What would be the likely cost of cutting a single access door from garden into single storey freestanding garage. The garage is standard new build accompanying a new house on private development.

Without providing the door your probably looking at £500

To cut out brick work, fit new lintel and make good brick work after, no materials included would be about £375 - This is just for the opening.

To cut out the door with a lintel qe be 300, the fitting door 200 plus whatever door they wish installed
