Can this Induction cooker be ran on my 32amp fuse and 6mm wiring.

I live in a council flat and I've bought an induction cooker without checking my wiring. Can this induction cooker be ran on 32amp fuse and 6mm wiring? Cooker: https://www.currys.co.uk/products/aeg-cib6742acm-60-cm-electric-induction-cooker-stainless-steel-10235856.html I don't know anything about electricals so would appreciate your help.

Clicked on your link and scrolled down to the bottom where it states 32A fuse. Went to the AEG website where it states 30A so you should be fine.

Usually 32amp it's enough , but to make sure you need to check manufactures requirements.

Assuming the wiring to your existing cooker circuit is 6mm Twin and earth cable, which is standard, and it is correctly protected by a 32A MCB then the appliance you have purchased will be perfectly suitable.

Electrical installation This product requires hardwiring to a 32 Amp fuse and should be installed by a qualified engineer, such as one of our Currys experts. it depends on the length of the run? and various other requirements, only a competent and part P electrical engineer can do this work, its not that straightforward!
