Who would remove redundant aerials from room/chimney tops?

We have about 3 redundant aerials and (we think) a radio antenna on our room/chimney top. What trades would do this job?

Handyman,roofer etc..... but a Scaffold/tower may have to be considered or if possible the hire of an IPAF lifter....pretty simple task,but accessibility will be the Achilles heel in a lot of cases.
