Gap between house and roof apex of conservatoty

The roof apex appears to be moving from the joining house wall and metal rods are appearing there is light coming through at the join. The slope of the roof is still attached but one of the panels now has a gap around a cm? What should we do

Either call the original installers or get an experienced conservatory installer or surveyor to inspect it. Hopefully you will have a ten year insurance backed warranty to fall back on.

Yes similar answer get the original company back . If they are not trading and you have an insurance backed guarantee then claim but only if they are not trading
