Please call a qualified electrician for various reasons such as insulation resistance, and continuity of CPC tests on the wires prior to installation.
Only on the theoretical side of calculations: 11.15kW divided by 230V gives 49A
However, there's a formula called diversity of demand which is first 10A of rating plus 30% of remainder plus 5A.
So 10A + (30% of 39A) + 5A = 27A so a 32A breaker is sufficient.
But ,please do call a qualified electrician as they have appropriate MFT testers to ensure safety

Hello and good day.
The cable size is adequate as long as the length of run isn’t greater than 30mtrs.
The size of MCB required would need to rated at 50amps.
Ideally and if possible, I would split them onto two different circuits.
Thank you

Hi 11.15 kw = 48.32a.
With allowable diversity this can be reduced to 21.50a so the cable is more than capable of handling the load and a 32a breaker is fine. I hope this helps.

Both oven and induction hope should be in their own feeds with local isolators due to power requirements.
10mm twin and earth should be more than adequate however rating of cable depends on method of installation.
