unless you know what colour and how much trying to match up can be a bit of a hit and a miss, colouring cement to match ridge tiles is not really that common & usually only done at the customers request, generally today its a dry ridge system that is fitted as standard with cement being yesterdays preference. if you had wanted to match existing cement work you should have said to your tradesman at the time am sure if asked he would have tried to match the existing colour.

This is a common outcome when repairing ridges. You can buy premixed roofing cement which comes in 2 colours, natural and black, (there may be others, but these are the 2 I have come across) but even if you mix the cement the old fashioned way, sand comes in different colours, which will effect the end results.

Personally I would be fitting full dry verge system after fitting the full pvc fascia soffit and guttering by superior soffits Ltd
Cement breaks down easily over time
And could fall out and kill somebody walking by 😂👍
