Plastering & Rendering

Removal of (un)decorative archway.

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.50 PM

Good afternoon, My question is: I would like a living room archway removed and squared off, as I cannot add an image, there are two grecian style plaster pillars fixed to the flat of the wall holding up an unsightly plaster arch. I hope you have a good imagination. Is this the job a plasterer would undertake or a builder? Thank you.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

This job is for a builder to remove the removal of living room archway and a plasterer needed for the pillars to be fixed

This is a builder and a plasterer job, if you get a builder they usually have or know plasterer or may take the job and he/she will get the plasterer to finish the job.

A plasterer can do this but if it’s structural you would need a builder.
