Glue and screw if they’re wooden, adhesive is your best bet, brackets can also be useful when needed

When installing an L shape laminated kitchen worktops. In the first instance you must ensure the room/kitchen is square. The joint between the two worktops must be machined using a router with worktop template. The joints/open ends MUST be sealed, using a silicone or Evostick. When putting the joints together you MUST use the three clamping bolts provided.

If the worktop is sitting on top of kitchen units then there is generally front and back rails on the units, fixing through the rails into the worktop is standard practice and the best way to fix the worktops down. However if there are no units underneath I would suggest fixing battens to the walls and using brackets of mod blocks. You may need a worktop leg or two swell for this option.

First of all you can not do this with out the correct tools, router and jig, worktop bolts and adhesive, once you have them make sure you have 30mm over hang of your cabinet throughout your kitchen, to do this job right I would just pay a kitchen fitter as I have redone peoples attempts a lot of times.
