Raising a steel garage after it has been installed?

Is it possible to unbolt and jack up a steel garage after it has been installed on to a concrete pad? The garage was installed without being raised on some brickwork and subsequently it leaks from the base. Can it be raised in ordered to put a brick layer in for it to sit on?

This is possible with the right lifting gear or the right application put in place, the alternative is to dismantle complete required brickwork then reassemble
