10 degree pitched roof with sky lights

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.50 PM

We are currently in the process of constructing a 10-degree pitched roof and would like to do a tiled roof with fixed skylights but are struggling to find a suitable roof covering along with appropriate skylights. We would like to know what options we have and are open to different suggestions, from more experienced tradesmen as to different roof coverings options that are put there. Thanks in advance for your help

10 degrees is a flat roof and should be covered accordingly with a suitable product such as grp or felt. The skylights would really need to be fitted on an upstand, so the roof covering can be dressed up the sides of the upstand to seal.

I would use rubber or felt or fiberglass. Water will get under any tiles at 10 degrees . Kind regards Rob R J H Furniture

For a 10 degree roof, the rubber roof sheeting would be great.
