Yes this can still be an issue especially during the colder months as the build of warm moist air nside homes from tumble dryers , kettles showers etc is then caused to build up on the coldest surfaces around the house which in most cases Is the glass in windows the easiest and most effective way to help this is to vent the house regularly by opening your windows to balance out the moisture content in your house

Hi,
Not something normal. You should reffer the issue to the company they supply/installed this window.
If you have fit them take your invoice in hand and go straight to your supplier and ask them to replace this.
Have picture in case of they don’t trust. Still don’t trust you take them with you in door and show them the issue.

The small amount of condensation is perfectly normal. It’s mainly due to the vast temperature difference between the internals of a heated home and external winter weather.
Opening a trickle vent will assist in the temperature balancing and allow the condensation to evaporate faster.
