Mould spores and damp patches

Hi, I’m at sa complete loss in my home. I own a 1930s 3 bed semi, it’s a really cold house and we do have the heating on when home. Every morning when I wake the windows at the front of the house (south facing garden) are drenched with condensation. I’ve tried leaving all windows open a crack even when the heating is on, I wipe them clear every morning. I’ve also noticed behind curtains a few green mould spots, which I’m forever bleaching away. I’ve just started redecorating my sons room and was mortified to pull his wardrobe out and see mould all over the back board which is near an external wall but has about an inch and half gap behind. Any ideas on what I can do? There’s also a random patch in my hallway that paint peels away from but nowhere else. Can I add in the summer we had a wall coating applied to the external walls which is meant to insulate the home further and of course if there was any holes etc in brickwork they’re all covered now.
