Darker plaster patches on newly plastered cwilling showing through

What can i use to disguise these patches already done 2 coats majority has dried fine just random dark patches.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi,
Probably the plaster has not dried out properly. Wait couple of days with heating on and paint over with another 2 coats.
