Best Exterior Sealant to seal between concrete and composite beams

I wonder if I may ask for some help and advice over which sealant I need to fix the following problem? I have a concrete base that when laid had a coating sprayed over it (I believe it’s called a Surface Retarder) to prevent the concrete drying out too quickly. Once dry, the coating is very waxy and slippery. You are supposed to be able to remove this coating however despite everything I’ve tried it stubbornly refused to come off, so I have left it as it is. Sometime after, I have had a log cabin installed on the site of the cement base and the bearer beam that sits on the concrete and keeps the cabin directly off the floor (to avoid damp) is made of composite material (it’s like a plastic feel to it). For some reason I am unable to understand, despite the weight of the log cabin sitting on the composite beams, rain water is able to run underneath the beams and into the cabin. I have tried a number of shop-bought sealants but due to the waxiness of the concrete and the fact it appears to be difficult to get something to stick to the composite beam, the sealants have just peeled away and not bonded to the concrete and beam. Does anyone know of anything that would do what is needed to seal the small gap that’s obviously there and letting in water? The problem appears to be finding something that will adhere to both the waxy floor and the composite beam to form a waterproof seal. Thanks everyone
