We have a 3 story townhouse (10 yr old new build). The house has the original conventional boiler with a hot water tank in the top floor cupboard. The water tank was recently serviced and new pipes fitted as we were experiencing low hot water pressure in both showers and kitchen tap. We have had a power flush done on the boiler, radiators 3 weeks ago in the hope that this would flush any sludge and scale build up in the pipes. After 8 months we still have very low pressure in both our showers (hot water only). Cold water pressure and hot water in all other taps run really high. We had one of the showers replaced a month ago and we had normal water for a week but back to no hot water pressure again. We’ve had 4 different companies out and losing the will to live with how to resolve it. Any suggestions as to what our issue may be that this is happening and how we could resolve it would be very much appreciated.
