Good evening, you will 100% need to fit some form of hearth regardless of the kw, you will have hot ash falling out when you load logs etc,
You want the hearth to project further than the stove door when it is fully open as hot ash can collect on the glass seal etc and fall off onto any unprotected floor coverings it’s a fire risk without one, a stone hearth will give this protection,
I recommend sourcing a suitable sized hearth marking the hearth dimensions on your Laminate and cutting the area out, bed the new hearth down with sand and cement onto the concrete floor using a primer applied to both hearth and floor, your flue pipe connection and you safety heavily rely’s on your stove not moving and breaking the flue pipe seal.

You need to take out that laminate floor in the fireplace and replace with a non combustible hearth like slate or tile minimum 12 mm . You can’t lay slate or tiles on a wooden floor
