Getting someone to finish a job - SMART HERITAGE WINDOWS AND DOORS

Hi All, I had SMART HERITAGE windows and doors supplied and fitted by someone who is registered on my builder but we contacted independently. He has supplied the doors and windows, but we have finger marks inside the glass, parts of the door in black when it should be in Anthracite (because he says he couldn’t get the parts), doors not locking, gaps in the doors (suspect this is why they are also not locking), cracked glass and the trims not finished. He has now changed his number, changed his workshop location and changed his email address. I know which rugby club he plays for and he is the captain there so he is still “around”. Suggestions on getting someone to come and finish the job? Thanks
