Is there any water coming from the tap at all when you open the hot tap. As you have had a new bath fitted the fitter would have had to isolate the taps. Sound silly but we all do it sometimes, he/she may of forgotten to open the isolation for the hot water for the bath tap.

The loop on the boiler may need filling up because the pressure has dropped below 1 bar.

Is there any water coming out of the hot taps at all? As the isolation Valve might be on. Or the hot and cold feed is the wrong way round.

I agree with JCG... I'm guessing they've not reopened the hot feed isolation valve which in turn would stop the hot water feeding across to your other hot outlet, whether that be the kitchen or your bath hot tap. You didn't mention your bathroom sink though so it would be interesting to know whether you're getting ANY hot water from anywhere.
