New radiator fitted in bedroom

I've had a new radiator fitted in bedroom this is heating up but the bathroom and another bedroom radiator is not heating up but worked prior to the new one being fitted
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

after any heating change or worck , you have to ventilate the radiators, starting with the highest point in the house…

Dry as a Bone
The system is probably out of balance, try turning the bedroom radiator off and if the others get hot again the system needs balancing

Need to take out the air of all radiators first, if that wont work then you have to close the thermostat valves of all the radiators that are working so the heat can go to the ones who aren’t working, soon as the the heat comes on them then you have to open the valves on them ones who where working half way and that should do it.
