Which thermostat for existing electric towel radiators?

I have two fully electric towel rails, one in each of the bathrooms. At the moment, they are either on or off - boiling or freezing. Can a thermostat be added to control their temperature? If so, do I need a specific thermostat or any would do? These are my electric radiators: Milano Neva Electric - 1600mm x 600mm Modern Heated Towel Rail Radiator - Chrome (https://tinyurl.com/459ar542). Also, do I need 2 thermostats or one would suffice? The towel rails are back to back in adjacent bathrooms. Thank you so much.

Hi each individual radiator should have a thermostat installed. and the price varies between 40 and 100
