Leak not fixed - Callum Law doesnt answer, from L&M plumbing

Hello, I have hired L&M plumbing, Callum Law, for fixing a several leaks in the house, in the two showers. I paid him straight away. However, there is a few days later, still a leak. L&M doesnt answer anymore. What should I do? Could I get any legal advise, of what to do in these type of situaciones? Thanks Regards

Hi Joseba,
Hope you are well and in good health. What you need to do is message L&M via email or text message whatever you have giving him a chance to rectify thing before you take legal action against him. This normally does the trick. However if all communication fails be prepared to get all evidences ready for a small claims court. Or find someone who will represent you legally
