Position of neighbours boiler

We have a link detached house, linked by our neighbours garage to our lounge. Recently we have been kept awake and irritated by night and day by noise and vibration from his garage. We have now found out that he has mounted a ch boiler on our house wall which at times sounds like a helicopter landing on the house. Surely this cant be allowed..........I will end up on sleeping tablets and running away for the day if this continues. Please help! Thanks
