Replacement Front Door Draft Seal

Hi, need to replace the draft seal on a front door. Trying to find a like for like replacement with what's existing which is a 4x10mm hard plastic strip with a soft plastic edge approx. 4mm diameter bonded to the short side. The strip has been cut to length, door shut then offered the strip up and nailed perpendicular to the timber door frame. It's really unobtrusive, robust and works well which is why I'm trying to find the same product again. I can send photos to you which would easily show you what I'm talking about if you leave any details for me to get in touch. Really hoping someone in the trade can help. Cheers, Mat.
