Concealed toilet to wall basin and toilet

Hi I currently have a concealed toilet and want a bathroom refit but just want to know is it possible to change to a wall basin and toilet same location as current toilet just not concealed and basin too as a space saver? Obviously we would be changing tiles when we have full bathroom refit . Many thanks

Plumbing wise this will be fine would need to know exact dimensions to give definitive answer but not impossible there are also hand basins within the top of toilets now which can work for cloakroom toilets, but probably not suitable for bathroom usage. Hope this helps happy to advise from images and measurements.
