Bonding new cement to old brickwork

The problem is that the patch of brickwork has had at some point had some dampness which has crumbled two bricks but not all the way through so with the aid of some coloured pigment mixed in with cement I was looking to fill the gap. My question is, what UK product is available to bond the new cement to the brickwork, such as an acrylic fortifier, but which product and who sells them it please?

As this has already caused damp you would be better off removing the damaged bricks and re placing them , and depending on where the damp was a bit of re pointing

I agree with Thomas O’Connor answer that removal of the damaged bricks is the best solution. But I wanted to add that before you place the new bricks in, have a good look inside the cavity, you might see what is causing the damp, possibly bridging of the cavity walls.

The other answer that has been submitted is the best option. The only thing I would add is that any mortar you use should not be too strong. The weaker the bricks, the weaker the mortar should be.
