I have replaced soil stack and new wc replaced and I have spotted that after I flush the water in about 1 minute some waist comes back. What might be reason of that?

Sounds like it’s running up hill and falling back into the toilet pan . It’s hard to tell without photos tho

Probably incorrectly installed soil stack, could be pipe work angled back towards the toilet instead of angled away

Would check the pan connector make sure there is a fall on on it and same on stack pipe because if not water water a waste will not flow away creating a back up

It is possible the system underground is not level but this problem would have been there all the time check to see if you have an open vent or automatic valve if its an open soil stack see if you can remove automatic valve to see if that has stuck closed .
