Manhole not deep need to put toilet 20m away

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.47 PM

I am installing a WC in a outbuilding, the problem is that the building is 20m away and the manhole is only about 40cms deep. Using a 4' inch pipe the water/waste does not drain. I will install a saniflo system, any ideas?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

small sewage pump station, connected to pn10 50mm waste pipe run to manhole, not a lot dearer than a saniflow but a much better job.

Saniflow units work well until something goes down that shouldn’t like a wet wipe. Your better off spending a bit more money on a small sewage pumping station with a quality pump and a bigger bore pipe to discharge to main drain. These pumps will cost you more short term but will no doubt save you money in the future.
