How much work required to rebuild a cabinet with full of pipes

I would like to hire carpentry to refurnish my built-in cabinet, where it has full of pipes (gas & water) and wires that go up to my boiler on the second floor. Depends on the space you have to work round the pipes .and do they require access points also .plus not to cause any damage to them while building .but yes doable

Hi,
From your description, it doesn't sound like a problem. I suggest you post your project on My Builder and have local trades quote for you. Any advice from photos an no measurements can only be an approx guide.

Is doable but depends on space and do they need to be accessible. And needs to be somewhat similar to original because of damage loss but most cabinet makers and carpenters will make it look good.
