Toupet exterior filler. Use a decorators scraper and open the crack up (raking out). Wet in, the crack should be cleaned thoroughly so there’s no dust. If the surface is friable then you’ll want to (wet in) the crack so that the dust and debris don’t suck the moisture from the filler, which will lead to cracks appearing again. Once you’ve filled and patched, leave it 5 mins then use a trowel or brush to stipple to match any existing textures. If you’re unsure what texture you have or how to achieve the texture, then call a local trades person qualified in repair and matching textures. Follow manufacturers instructions before painting. Don’t be tempted to paint before it was (cured), not dry, dry is different to cured, know the difference to save yourself doing the job twice. RentalRescuer

Don't just try to fill small cracks in render as usually caused by movement or original drying period if they are small or that the top coat has popped off the scratch coat but if the render is solid then hack the cracks out enough to get a substantial amount of new mortar into them and rub up in to existing render so when dries and is painted you wont see them as just filling a hairline crack will inevitably re crack. If however the panel that is cracked is hollow then more extensive work may need to be undertaken I.e knocking off and 're scratch and top coat .

Rake out the damage, use pva/sbr solution before repair with suitable plastering sand/ render mix.

First of all his answer might be ok ,and I don't know exactly how they have communicated between. Client/builder .... Anyway.. I think the best answer would be. The job has to be see and to asses the nature of it. Cracks normally and at high percentage are structural issue. The best way is to take off the render /plaster ,expose the bricks. Then mos probably use helibar sand resin in the courses of bricks . Always depending how big is the crack, you choose how to fix.. ... The answer could be even more specific. I hope this was helpful. Thank you
