How to post feedback after completion of job?

I keep posting feedback on your site for the job I had done last Saturday by Ryan electrical by Davood Moradi but it is not appearing on your site I think I should have sent feedback for Ryan electrical rather than the person who did it ? What can I do to rectify this please?

I would send an email to Mybuilder c/o customer services dept, they should be able to point you in the right direction, details should be found on their website
