Leak on top of bay window

I have a flat bay window on the top bedroom (near the roof). There was a damp patch a year ago and the roofer put some fibreglass paint and said that that will last a few years. It hasn't and to be honest I wanted a permanent fix, does anyone know what is the proper fix? I suspect the led flashing needs replacing?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Hi two options
1. Cap sheet torch on two coats.
2. In prove fall,
3. Fit and improve outlet into gutter from bay.
Option two.
4. Fit fire Firestone rubber reason you can lay this in one pice, no joints this is the best option but needs to be laid on a flat water proof 3/4 ply best option.

Depending on if its comming from the bay or the main roof,
Either replace the first MTR of felt on the main roof or replace the boards and covering on the flat roof, lead,felt,fibre glass, or rubber are the different material option's

If it’s the bay window I would replace the felt and put new underlay and cap sheets and I would also check the lead work to make sure still in place and survey the main roof just in case there could be a leak in there to

Very simple fix/GET A NEW FLAT ROOF!!!!! Insure it comes with guarantee any product is okay from torch on mineral felt rubber Firestone flat roofs GRP fibreglass any does just get a new flat roof!!!
