washing machine - plumber or electrician

washing machine held clothes and wouldnt drain/spin. It eventually drained but seems like it no longer spins. Any thoughts on the issue?

Neither !!!! They need a Domestic Appliance Engineer, either independent who repairs all types or the manufacturers of machine....

Could be motor brushes normally go just wear down over time. If you’ve checked drain pump and everything else I’d go for the brushes.
