I believe it really depends , on how it collapsed , if it's has collapsed due to work not done properly then you can try contacting them and you should have the right to have it fixed properly.

Sounds like a total bodged up Job. Get in touch with Trading Standards, get them to get the company back to fix the problem, or get trading standards to get your money back through the courts. Don't use a roofing contractor to erect a Fence.

Yes they should come back and fix it,problem is that what would make it a good job 2nd time around when they could not do it the first time.
Posts should be 2ft into the ground with at least 2 full bags of post mix.
Get your money back or threaten trading standards.

A fence should last for years not weeks so yes you do have the right to call them back, their work was clearly substandard. They should come back and put it right without question and it doesn't seem the posts were put in the ground far enough. Don't let it go threaten court action if they don't answer.

If you haven’t caused any damages to the fence i.e putting weight, than you have the right to call them and fix it for you. Anyway, hiring roofers to do fence it’s not the best idea.

It sounds like the posts are not set into the ground at right depths….this is possibly the reason, as your fence is not structurally sound.
I would ask the contractor to come and fix the problem and if not report them to trading standards.

Hello there yes your fencing installer is at fault if the damage is due to bad workmanship, it does sound like the posts are not in the ground far enough or there's lack of concrete around the posts.
We give 12months guarantee on labour for peace of mind.
All post should be concreted in to the ground 2ft (600mm) some circumstances differ for example drains cables etc.
