Which laminate of LVT click product / brand would you recommend for use in bedrooms in a HMO? All bedrooms are ensuite. Thanks

I have recently installed B&Q Eurohome laminate flooring and Quickstep Aquanto for bathrooms in an HMO. I think that's the best value for money and if installed correctly it will last you years whilst achieving the high end look. Hope that helps!

Hi there, the brand that I’m comfortable to recommend is EVOCORE, lvt click, very nice finish , durable and not crazy expensive. Hope that will help.

Have you considered glue down LVT I personally think it's brilliant stuff
Eg karndean or amtico are good products brands.

Laminate flooring is not suitable for wet areas it will expand in the moisture.
LVT gluedown is a far superior product and can be laid in any room and hard wearing
