Flooring recommendations for a HMO (House of multiple occupation) for professionals?

Which flooring products would you recommend (or have fitted for clients) in a 4 bedroom all ensuite HMO targeting professional tenants? Ensuite Bedroom Stairs, landing and hallway Lounge Kitchen The lounge and kitchen are on the ground floor with a small landing between them where the stairs to first floor are. Thanks in advance

To keep your costs low the cheapest option would be carpet in living areas and vinyl floor in wet areas , (kitchen and bathroom). Laminated floors will last longer but the cost is likely to be double easily with fitting. I'd look at a felt backed vinyl , although it is more expensive, ensuites are generally small so it's worth spending a bit more to get a much better product. JDCFlooring

I would go for a twist pile carpet such as Cormars Apollo Plus range for example with a 10mm max underlay in the bedrooms and then a felt back vinyl in the en suites and either laminate or Click LVT/SPC in the communal areas.
