Assuming the thickness of slab is standard 150mm, the total volumetric concrete needed is 0.75 cubic meter.
For that you'd need 10 bags(25kg) of cement, 18 bags(25kg) of sharp sand, and 36 bags(25kg) of aggregate.
To make concrete you have to mix them in with water, you don't put the ingredients in layers.
For that, you'd need to hire a concrete mixer as you won't be able to manually mix them.
You also need to make strong formwork out of timber to pour the concrete in to hold it whilst it cures.
You are far better off leaving it to the professional tradesmen.
