You should contact both, as time is critical. If its a water based paint it should come off ok with a power washer up to about 4 days ( apply fairy liquid first all over then power wash ) If its an oil based paint your time limit is 1 to 2 days to get it off, small amount of white spirit on rag, then fairy liquid, then power wash, then re-wax. If its already hard then T CUT will take it off but is a long expensive process. This is for a normal waxed car paint finish. If the car is a Bentley or similar better to say nothing and move. We spray roofs and external walls even on a calm day paint will drift your roofer should have got the car moved or masked it up with poly.
