Looking to change my kitchen sockets - from silver to gold. No issues with the standard double plugs/light switches - but I have one socket which has two large red switches and a socket - similar to this (but in silver) - https://media.screwfix.com/is/image//ae235?src=ae235/25231_P&$prodImageMedium$ I cannot find anything similar in Gold. Is there an easy way to change to another type without too much difficulty - perhaps this - https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61UiYWKIZHL._AC_SX450_.jpg

What you are describing is called a cooker control switch with socket. Normally you can get these as part of the accessory range you are purchasing to match. Which sockets have you purchased and where from?

As mentioned it’s know as a control socket with switch.
Be aware that fitting new sockets in kitchen s be done as quick as possible or making sure clients fridge and freezer and set up on another feed or making sure clients aware

You can replace to the gold one
But you can use a swtch coocker plug only without socket in gold color 40amp Isolator cooker switch in gold withour socket
